It rained so heavily at camp today. While i was walking down the long way from mdc building, a very helpful kind man stopped his car and offered me a ride out of the camp. I want to thank him very very very much, because i know it is very troublesome to pick people up when it is raining. The door got wet, rain got into the car, and wet the seats because of the wet umbrella.

I feel bad for that but i thank him really very much.

Since i do not know him, i do not know how i could repay him anymore. I guess the best i can do is to carry on this kind of kindness to everybody else from now onwards :)

Sushi and Ice Cream

Last night i went out with my camp mates, had dinner at paragon sushi tei then ice cream at central' s heaven' s loft.

Great food and great bitching:D

And i cannot bathe and change my clothes properly, raise my hand high or back, muscle sore haha! i seriously cannot really move a lot.. so i got 2 days of rest from the doctor:)

due to some late night on sat, i only had 2 hours of sleep in the morning and i had to go to COG after that.. (work).. haha and i went home still feeling unwell, and i slept till very very late today... and i took another nap in the afternoon again.. haha

thus i cannot sleep now, and just feels like blogging..

i really wonder and think about the emotions and feelings of we, us, human.. bad and good things happen everytime, i dun think we can forget about them in our life actually.. maybe the things before 4 years old? but i always remember all the bad and sad things that happened to me.. from the disgusting k1 teacher who uses a chopper to scold me to the special people i know in life.. haha

some things i try/tried to forget so badly... like the harsh words from arguements last time, the hurtful words by people last time etc etc, well i do my best to forget them and now some of us are very very good frens, or i have already 'forgetten' about them... BUT they will nv disappear.. they become scars on my heart.

and then it comes to drinking.. to forget about things or go clubbing to dance the 'bad things' off or what.. turns out to be a 'not bad try'.. at least for a short time or just during the happening... it doesnt really work because feelings dun die easily i guess

so people will say just take it simple and easy.. which is true, i believe in that too but it is not easy.. haha maybe to me only.. i dunnoe.. i just feel that it is not easy, even if it is just a few hours or a day or week or a night, i do take things more seriously.. which is definitely a bad thing sometimes.. and that is me.. haha i am such a 'serious' person even though i may be cheeky all the time..

sorry i meant i take things seriously even though i dun seem to care sometimes.. if i dun take things seriously, i would not have achieve things that i want.. which from the outside, people think i am not serious.. (example: quiting school, working my passion)

alright, then we tell ourselves to take things easy and simple! we just try ba, i am trying, but we try too hard sometimes!! just cry it out and share it with someone would be better :)

taking things seriously shows that i am sincere.

so mentioning about being simple or infact, that is quite of taking things not seriously, also known as playing around ba.. I GUESS la.. i dunnoe but i dun like grey areas, like being in between.. i think being simple and easy is just not serious.. either u r, or u are not.. I THINK.. i think only la.. just my personal opinion. it really dun feel good when people are just playing around with me:)

another words, playing games with me? haha! i am just saying nonsense here..

i just cannot believe or understand how people could just forget the things that happened.. even when i am drunk, i still know what i am doing:) and remember what i said:)

Since my mum tidys my things and threw away my things without asking sometimes, i have no clue where my things are sometimes.

I am already 21 this year, my mum still sleeps in my room, i mean i am ok, just that, i think it is time to give me some privacy and freedom and ownership right?

i hope all my things in my room are accountable by me and not by my mum too.. because then if i cannot find any thing, i dun have any excuse to blame my mum.

FOR NOW, i could not find certain things in my room, the first thing i thought was my mum might have threw it away.

I want to learn to be independent, i mean sooner or later, i have to take care of myself right? :)

i was fined for drinking plain water on the train today.

i was chatting with my frens, of course i get thirsty, further more i am still sick, and obviously still sick, even frens ask me "u still sick ar? can tell leh"...

and even after i got fined, i still feel like drinking water.. just thirsty.. you think i just drink for fun meh?.. and the weather was very hot just now... AND I TAKE FROM YISHUN TO BOON LAY HOR..

like that means i can only take the taxi?.. NO NO, taxi also cannot drink and eat, WHICH MEANS i have to own a car la???

the country/ government/ smrt is urging people, encouraging people to take public transport more... HMMMM cannot drink plain water ar? sick people how? ya i know they should stay at home.. -_- then children? baby crying because they thirsty? take medicine? old people feeling thirsty? sore throat??

who take public transport? mostly the poor, the middle income.. still fine people who drink plain water on the train?? cannot drink plain water, who wants to take public transport next time?

i think i am going to break my own promise that i made before on my blog.. i once sweared that i will nv go learn driving and own a car because i really wanted to do a part in saving the world. I AM SO BREAKING this promise now!! i will work very hard until i dun have to take public transport anymore. i will do more good deeds for breaking my promise to save the world.

i am finally back since sunday evening.. today is wed morning, later i am reporting back in the noon..

i finally tasted what it feels to love someone, every other good looking people on the street cannot even move my heart. i think of you every second..

wow i must say i am so impressed by myself, emily kellyn liting they all would know i usually "fling" around right?.. but this time i felt nothing like this before.. i seriously felt like i am going to love you so forever.

and then it was all me only haha, thats so sad to me.. haizz you yourself made me like you so much, nothing to do with the things u did or do.

anyway the worst is i have to spend two night alone in bunk due to duty.. SIANSSSSS

i do not know if anyone knows how bad i felt.. seriously.. SONG EN!!!! i understand how you feel now... if u see this, i tell u more next time k..

however, when my emotions are at the most vulnerable, my mind on the other hand was growing strong!! (or blinded by this sadness?) because i am not scared of what ghost, resident evil, qurantine etc etc for the first time la hahah! imagine i slept aone in a 12-men room for 2 nights hahah! [ praise me for this k since i am so sad:) ]

but yesterday i did felt a bit better when i smsed emily and my sister la haha and YES radio 933!!! haha u know the dj announced we can text them to play a song or something.. so the first song i thought in mind was yang chen ling's 暧昧, then i thought aiya i wan something i like more, so i text them i wanted guang liang's 第一次, and WOW! the next few minutes they really played 暧昧!!! hahaha and of course they played my 第一次.. xie xie 933!!!!

today i felt better really haha even though theres still later, and friday..

you know people will ask why i blogged this, am i trying to attract attention or what, hmm whatever some people like to think, i just feel like writing this out to sort of make myself better, thks for taking ur time to read this:) anyway i think not many people visit my blog since i last blogged.

last night when i was going home i saw some ?? things again.. so i feel like blogging..

you know the pioneer station? (did i spell the 'pioneer' correct?)

it is just 3 or 4 stops on a single street from boon lay station.. so theres a bus stop at pioneer station also la.. mainly the most crowded and frequent services are 179 and 241..

so last night i alighted at boon lay mrt station to take 241 BUT i saw so many people queing, so i went to take 179 instead. the 179 bus reached the pioneer bus stop, there were so many people there waiting for 241 (i know they are because when i take 241, always got alot of people take at the pioneer bus stop)...

and those people waiting at the pioneer bus stop looked so frustrated, impatient, 'angry'..

another situation: i took 241 from boon lay, reached pioneer bus stop, AND the bus stopped for so long because so many people going up the bus, and there were so many people running down from pioneer mrt station to take the 241 bus...

sometimes this same situation happens to 179 also..

so what is my point??? why they dun wan to alight at boon lay MRT station and take 241/179 from there? why must alight at pioneer station to take 241/179?

u take from boon lay, u enjoy more seats.. and u dun have to worry when the bus reach pioneer bus stop the bus is full..

most of the peak hours, many people at the pioneer bus stop just squeeze up the 241 bus... WHY THEY DUN WAN TO TAKE FROM boon lay instead?

is it cheaper or faster? if i alight at pioneer mrt station to take bus, i have to wait with so many people at that bus stop, and worry the bus coming might be full, or no seats, or squeezy.... AND ALSO, i might not board the bus and waste my time more...

so, why dun take 241/179 at boon lay mrt instead????

lets talk about VERY VERY VERY VERY GENERAL basics of a good band k!

1, Sound and tone: no good sound and no good tone, dun talk about other things.

2, Tuning, intonation, pitch problems, some bands dun bother thats why they were never good/gold! (ahem* sorry) while holding long notes??? during different dynamics level.. articulations... TUNING IS SUPER IMPORTANT.

3, Note values, rythm?, tempo, playing a long note full value?? how precise the band can play together is very important what..

4, Articulations: whether can maintain a good tone when doing staccatos, accents etc etc.. and slurs... does it sounds flow-y or chop-y??

5, Dynamics: most important is the pitch problem here.. whether go flat when going soft or go sharp when going loud.

6, Music expressions, interpretation... how expressive the band sound.. what the band is trying to tell the audiences, can the band play until make people tear or feel happy or touched... OR BORED/DISGUSTED? the meaning etc etc etc

I LEFT OUT MANY THINGS UNSAID, but ON A BIG GENERAL PICTURE, to me, points 1 to 5 is about 50 percent. Point 6 is about another 50 percent.

technical and musical sides.

You must be technically good enough to be musical. If you are very technical but not musical, then its also.. doesnt sound good.... SO BE GOOD AT BOTH! imagine playing some high notes out of tune due to OVERLY EXCITED IN EXPRESSING the music??? it just doesnt work.. imagine playing so intune but sounds sleepy.. no ok lo

so what do u think? correct me if i am wrong k.

NOW JUDGEMENT DAY!!! i read so many blogs talking about their bands cry, feel sad about not getting gold during syf... hmmm

OK no offense, but if your bands can do the above 6 mentioned points, i believe your bands will defintely sound good!

so work on the them!! even the best orchestras or best bands have all the 6 problems! and they keep on improving! and they are already so good!

yesterday after the morning session, i went to jv to hear them one last time before their syf today..

THEY IMPROVED SO MUCH, i was so.. "WAH~"... i really was happy for them, and i SWEAR to all gods i really felt so happy for them yesterday when i heard them.

and ARGHHH~ though i hate to say but, i really felt some "regret" for/from the band.. why didnt they sounded like that since last year but must wait until the last minute???.. SUPER WASTED.. nvm la, over already..

i got so much to tell them actually.. and i hope they believe me.. yesterday when i did the tuning, i was smiling so happily, if they notice.. it was the first time i thought the sound was fantastic! i can feel many of them want to express much much more and really enjoy the pieces.. but its really all too late..

anyway, their tuning problem greatly improved! SEE! the tuner!! the wonders of using tuners for every note!!! the tuning for the flutes and piccolo improved so much..

all could have been better IF we started doing all this things since long ago, right???????.. haiz....!!!!...

TODAY i didnt went to hear them, but i heard things from tiacwoo.. like the comments from instructors, etc etc.. WELL, you guys did very well, really!!! and you guys defintely still did JV proud:)

now, its time to work! DUN STOP HERE! JV ROX MORE!

today i took off to go watch the syf 4th day!

i was totally WOWed by the morning session! cause i went to watch 4 schools, SJI, Anderson, Marsiling and Saint Andrew... and THEY ALL GOT GOLD!!!!!! hahahaha!!!!! super exciting!

and the first band, the one i love the most for this morning session, SJI, gold with HONOURS, played jericho.. AND I SWEARED I ALMOST TEARED, and i had goose bumps from their overture song to their choice piece.. SUPERB.

anderson and marsiling were fantastic too! i am always their fan if u guys dunnoe, i even went to their concerts before lo! haha!

and needless to say, Saint Andrew, gold with HONOURS, was fantastic too:)

SUPER EXCITING LA!!! ASK TIACWOO, hahaha i was so 'crazy' about the morning session because i thought "omg they are all good, will the judging give all of them gold?" hahaha! and yes they did!! :D

there were 2 more golds, singapore chinese girl's and chung cheng yishun, well done!!

AND chung cheng yishun's FLUTE TONE was VERY VERY FOCUSED!! excellent! aahhaha, ask around if u guys dun believe!

just some other thoughts for jv..

i hope jv can become a much more versatile band and not a 'SYF Band' anymore.. means.. at any time they are able to play many different kind of songs, can sight read well, can adapt to different genres, styles of music..

the current situation is really very serious.. the sight reading is extremely poor, pardon me, but you guys know it too! and we are so NOT exposed to band poems, music.. even orchestra works..

the popular music, like 7 night, persis, alvamar, mononoke, machu pichu, yamato, jap grafs, inn if six hap, WHATEVER MORE U CAN NAME of.. etc etc, the older popular ones, we NEVER played them before (dun tell me about sight reading 7 night before, it wasnt even sight reading, it was 'looking at the notes')..

ok NVM since those are really old pieces, but how about the newer ones... hym to some skys and suns, the latest jap grafts, etc etc... we NEVER played a single one at all...

all we can play is that few little songs that we have been playing since i graduated (oops)

so, what are u guys going to do after friday? back to beginning? friday syf is the beginning, not the end, it will nv be the end anyway.

do consider my thoughts pls.

OK I BITCH AT JV AGAIN! scold me if u all wan la but i am stating facts. u guys cannot even sight read ABBA Gold and i think u all can only play two songs in ur life now, the syf set and choice pieces! ( :p )

morning went to jv for alumni, ABBA gold very nice! haha then after that went to shopping with sister, went to suntec tech fair also.. LAST night i had my very first violin lesson with my violin teacher! zheng yi recommend one, haha.. zhengyi is my batch mate, he introed his fren to me to teach me violin, thks!

and when i went home my E string broke/snapped??, and today i went to esplanade to get it changed! and i am near bankrupt again! i just got my pay!

the violin is so fun to play la LOL! its just for fun pls.. haha i will still concentrate on my piano and flute k!

i realise how things have been going in circles and going around and round and round these years.. without realising until now.. haha

it is like, my life is on a repeat mode! certain things just go back to beginning and have to start all over again, talk about again.. quite interesting actually

but some things keep repeating till i am scared or feel numb, do not know what to expect each time.. at times when hope is high, strange things happen without knowing why and i am back to the beginning again, so sad..

and now when hope is high, i start to see strange things happening.. soon i will be back to start again.

summary of 2008..

LOTS OF THINGS, but i will put it in short: went to teach sch bands in the beginning of the year, thks to all instructors! and then after a series of events i was extremely lucky to be still able to perform MD, and EVEN MUCH MORE FORTUNATE AND LUCKY to get into somewhere so great to be in! haha

last year i wrote some things for year 2008, and i cannot remember them and i know many of them i am not able to do.. but i will still write again for next year.. haha

one, go for grade 8 examination for flute (i wrote this last year right? will try again in this coming new year, this time i really hope i can go!)

two, do even more good deeds! (ya i say this every year..-_-)

three, i just hope that everyone will be happy and healthy and be successful in the things they do :) (except evil things la..) also find their love and earn lots of money!

ok MERRY NEW YEAR! (in a few hours time)

actually there are lots of things i want to do but limited by money-not-enough factor! example, i want to continue my piano lessons :( i want to find a theory/aural teacher.. i want to find a violin teacher!.. i want to find miss wang tong again! (my flute teacher).. i need to get a metronome.. i hope to seriously upgrade my flute.. and many many things..

YES I BLOG SEARCH AGAIN ON SP CONCERT... well i always hate to read those ignorant/childish/senseless comments that i always tell meself: "what people like to say is their problem, is their own opinion, just ignore...", so i always JUST READ ONLY.

i just want to say, please give constructive or critical comments and opinions rather than sacarstic, meaningless, senseless, childish, harsh and superficial comments while writing/blogging about a concert!

and why not be much kinder with words when commenting?? did we offend you?

ARGH i dun care watever that went wrong or didnt go so well or what during the performance by the band.. i just know one thing! i totally enjoyed playing in this final sp concert!!! and even if my skills and technics cannot make it, i really put in my soul and heart into playing the whole concert!!! and thats why i feel so disheartened after reading some lousy comments about our concert:(

one morning i woke up for breakfast and found my new love, BUTTER COOKIES!!! i love them a lot recently! OF COURSE somewhere near by my most favourite is always there, chocolate:) (not huiting :p)

friday lunch, someone treated me to hanabi jap buffet! had lots of sashimi s etcetc, thks so much! after that went to the new jurong point, met emily and had bakerzin?! OMG I LOVE THAT PLACE! and also, i saw my pri school fren, xiujing and sec sch band fren, crystal! both of them are classmates now, and both of them are really really really very very very pretty. i bet they will win any beauty contest if they join any! serious!

saturday, had lunch buffet with ns frens at orchard sakura! these are the guys i spent 3 months with:) then i went off early to meet another fren.. went to find a phone! but cannot find at all. then walk around town to find cheap shirts or pants or shorts or bags.. walk around.. nothing then went home.

today... haha i was naughty:P i went to massage. haha! then went to jurong point find my sister play arcade games:D and brought her to bakerzin as well:)

wed singapore polytechnic symphonic band concert, mr tan's last sp concert, and most probably should be my last concert too with sp! unless next time got alumni la... hahaha anyway, we are playing third symphony... and here is a secret, i cried while listening to the third movement=x but thats after i heard mr tan singing the tune with lyrics..

k rehearsal at vch tomoro, band pract on tuesday and concert on wed. am i right?

it rained so heavily on the first day morning.

as all of you can see, we went to fullerton hotel for chocolate buffet, first time!!!! with mummy and sister:)

i totally loved the ambience, the chocolates especially the HOT CHOCOLATE DRINKs:D and the service etc etc la.. i think because first time, so i was ok with everything.. hahaha

and why sudden a choco bft? cause my buddy and i dunnoe how, mentioned chocolate buffet!! then we decided to go!! hahaha so he went with his gf last night also!!

it was a little gift or a little get away for me la.. after that me mum sis went to walk around at boat quay and clarke quay.. walk walk see see look look, bring my mum around hahaha then went home for a very very good sleep:)

my fren jumped over a xx while running without realising!!!!

then i brake immediately right behind the xx! and accidentally knocked my fren behind me..

the xx almost got my fren infront, lucky my fren ran very fast!

and i almost jump over it! because i didnt realise it was a xx!!

thankfully i was notified by other people immediately after my fren jumped over it...

then i managed to brake right before the xx, and thankfully the xx was facing towards my fren infront!!

what if the xx faced me instead??!!!! what if my fren didnt jump over it far enough?!!!

last few days i was practising piano, accompaning song en's flute exam... wed was last day at clementi pri band, they were very nice to me on that day hahaha, thursday punggol pri band i went off early to home for final rehearsal with song en..

friday morning song en flute exam.. haha SORRY i skipped a lot of notes la, really sorry, but i think song en will still get distinction de:) then went to esplanade to borrow scores!!! then we met emily also, went to jacks place at marina to eat student meal, and also met my financial advisor cadrina too... at night went to band practise.... erm pardon me for saying this hor: i feel that many people can be more serious when having rehearsal with mr tan, thanks.

anyway, after band pract the 5 of us went to holland village swensons.. i dunnoe how to spell la hahahha

ok the next time i see them should be the next 2 weeks ba:) i am very fortunate to know all of them:) i treasure all the times we spent and all the memories, frenship from them:) i am very fortunate:)

after the supper we went to tiacwoo house, emily went home though.. haha i was so tired i slept very soon at tw house, morning seklin went to work, the 3 of us continue sleeping lo hahaha then woke up and i went back home, to bathe and get ready to come out again hahah! meeting the bochups!!!!!!!!!!!/bochaps!!!!!!!!!!!!

my house undergoing painting and some wiring things, so i will be staying home unless anything k:)

i really really believe and agree what mr tan said before, oh by the way i have the same thoughts too before he mentioned that time (I SWEAR)... and that is something like this ar: when you really really want to achieve something, you will get it! IF you really really do something about it.

if you always say you wan to do something, and in the end also cannot, or always half way and that's it, or do not dare to do or not daring enough.. you will never achieve what you want.. because you never do anything about it! or you never REALLY REALLY REALLY do something about it! or you just give up. then never ever whine again about you wan to do this but cannot.

i quote my example k, when i was in primary school i saw my fren in band and dun care i just went to join the band... then, i played the trombone in primary sch and i told myself i am not going to play that when i get into secondary sch and luckily i got into tenor saxophone. then i wanted to play the alto instead and i went to ask teacher, and i did changed to alto.. then i still love flute a lot, always imagine the recorder to be the flute, so i decided to secretly learn the flute at end of sec 4.. i borrowed from sherly secretly, "borrowed" the beginner book home to practise and even went to thailand trip as a flute player:)

then i only want to go into sp band, so i put all 12 SP courses in the admission excercise. then i only want to play flute! before that i joined swsyouth a while and need my own flute so i just go ahead without caring much and borrowed money from auntie, bear scoldings from mummy etc etc and in the end i got my 600 dollars pearl flute! yeah! and go on to sp band, i wanted to be a good player also, so without thinking much of financial problems, i went to find miss wang tong for flute lessons without consideration:)

and came the quiting school, i know i just have to quit. people always ask why i quit, i usually say because i want to study music, welllll yes that maybe the reason but if you ask me again, i would say: because i know i just have to quit the studying. i just do ... it... lo.. (this is not infringing copyright hor?)

and i never regretted:) i feel so happy la haha! :P

you ask me whether i will regret next time when i have no money, hmm, i have plans, and i am going to fullfill them, even if i fail, i think i never let myself down because i did what i wanted to do the most.

what if i become successful instead??! the problem is we always say what if we fail.

i thought act smart people always say we must be optimistic? well then sometimes you hear this people saying, wah quit school no future, next time eat grass, no money etc etc..... arnt this people being NOT optimistic at all??? if you really did say we must think optimistic, we should think we will succeed and able to survive next time!

pessimistic people will say we have to be realistic in life! but i think they are just finding excuses, they just dare not take risk. they dare not take a different route that is risky.

risks, which line, which job, which move dun have risk???? high low it is still risk.

I DO NOT belive in realistic or not realistic. LETS say, some people want to a singer or artist, IF IF IF IF IF you REALLY REALLY REALLY want to, you will find your way there:) maybe you put in lots of effort, trainings, find chances, wait for chances, etc etc etc etc.

i was just talking about our parents or specifically our mothers on the train just now with tiacwoo and wenshao. and listened to wenshao telling us about his mother.

i went home happily after a wonderful top one singing session at bugis. so with a smile on my face i was thinking to see my mum when i step into the house, feeling to say "i am back" and she smiled back and say "回来了啊". (we used to) but fat hope it was, just now she looked at me in a frustrated and angry manner to me while i was smiling at her and i gave up.

the next moment i returned her her ezlink card and she started speaking in an angry tone saying sacarsticly "钱用完了啊!". and started talking about spending so much, saying i spend a lot, overspend, etc etc.

then again she speaked of something i hate the most. the piano.

first, some background info for all, my father regretted buying this piano because its very noisy, its occupying a lot of space in the living room. he scolded me once when i was practising. and nagged and complaint about regret buying.

i know i asked for twenty dollars from my mum on wed night, and she must have told father and complaint, and also borrowed more money from my father. so father must be unhappy about it and started argueing or complaining also. and at the same time since i am spending too much, being sacarstic and mean, he said something like this to my mum (my mum told me), "still say want to pay me monthly installment for the paino, now spend until no money".

OH GREAT, COME ON. who was the one who told me NO NEED TO RETURN when i try paying him back the first month's money!??!! and now!!!

in the first place, i know i dun have to return him money for the piano already so i went to take piano lessons instead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DID I SPEND MY MONEY ON SOME OTHER THINGS??????????

my own money, i paid my own piano fees, my transportation to work, and my horrible pay always come so late that sometimes i really dun have money at all. and i start asking money from my mum, the most is ten twenty dollars. once in a VERY while.

i dun spend money buying clothes, wears, etc etc, i seldom take taxi since few months ago already, i seldom eat outside and eat at home most of the time, i seldom go out already and i did my best to save already. even though i spend some money on body shop last month, but thats extra income and once in a while, dun you spend too?? this month just a cafe cartel less than 15 dollars and a top one session today for 16 dollars net???? and on meals and transportation...

i blame it on my pay for this month, its end of the month already, SORRY ITS LAST MONTH, july's and june's pay I HAVEN GOT OK. thats why this month i am super tight, i haven pay my piano fee this month and thats why i started asking some money! BECAUSE I REALLY HAVE NO MONEY ALREADY!! YOU ALL REALLY THINK MY PAY A LOT???????!!!!

just because i stopped studying, you all start to stop giving me money??

WELL FINE, since i am working ok.. but you think my pay a lot?? it is so irregular and so little, like i say most of it goes to piano fee and transpotation and meals... i left a bit only.. just asking a twenty dollars from you and you two give me this shit??

everytime i talk about my family to my friends, everybody know, i always say i love my family etc etc etc, i always say kinship is very important etc etc, family comes first to me etc etc...

but i didnt realise everytime i say "i love my family", another side of me is saying "i dun think so". so what i have been doing is, i keep telling myself to love my family, to love my mum and dad, to hold family as priority etc etc, as what my blog banner did too..... but i always forgot actually i am doing something against my will.

sad to say.

i realised i have always been not truthful to myself and cheating my own feelings and forcing myself to love them.

i tell myself to think of the good and positive points and things they did for me and ignore and forget all unhappy things that happened. but its so sad that i can only think of a little. near 99% of the time i have been tolerating all their nonsense, irrtation, unreasonable arguements, and many more unhappy things that happened. do you really think of telling me to ignore all the bad points and think of the good points? i cannot, because the bad points are so strong that they make the good points look like bad points too.

i asked myself a question, you should ask youself too, congrats if you do. "DO YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR MOTHER AND FATHER?"

i would say I DO as usual but i realised i am not telling the truth.

so do i continue to pretend, pretend that i love my mum and dad very much or what??

i think its never easy for anyone of us to have a happy and fun loving family. tolerate, compromise, respect, concern is very important.

trust me, i tried very very hard to do all of that i mentioned, and always forced myself to tell myself i love my family the most.

do i keep trying or just be true to myself? if i keep trying, i live in frustration and irritation most of the time.

i wan to be true to myself. i no longer love my mum and dad, or have i loved them before? *feels like crying.

maybe one day i will love them (again).

yesterday, my sister brought me to sakae sushi buffet:D we went to icon village at tanjong pagar!!!! we were lost la!!! so difficult to find that place! but we still manage to find it:) and had a very great and full meal there! THANK YOU JIEJIE!

i am back.

me and sis were black-faced most of the time. no mood, i dun even wan to post photos. forget it.

I BOUGHT laopo bings for wenshao and em sl tw! haha i bought two packets only la, find one day go tiac woo house, we all share k!

shopping was bad too, only got socks and nothing else.

BUT bonus was from my very nice REALLY VERY NICE gu gu. let me intro her first, she's my father's sister.. she has a shop in a big shopping center, she is the boss/fashion designer, she goes by appointment only, means if u go her shop anytime she will need u to make appointment first. professional. mostly designing evening wears, formal wears, gown is it? i dunnoe how to spell.. etc etc she designs and makes everything by herself, except the cloth/material la... all ONLY ONE in the world. prices ranges to so high that we got shocked. and her customers have one portfolio each.

and yeAH she is making long black pants for me :) and my taste was unfortunately so excellent :) i picked a very expensive made in england material haha! ask me the price k if u interested to know, i am feeling so fortunate :) haha THANK YOU GUGU! by the way, she was the gugu who bought an acoustic guitar for me during sec sch.. but i gave it to my cousin already :( anyway gu gu is really a very nice person, she always bring us around, go eat etc etc when we visit batu pahat, xie xie gu gu!

as u can see, this should be the only happy thing that happened over the three days:)

forget it, let what bygones be bygones huh?.. dunnoe how to use la.... DATE ME FRIENDS! i realise its going to be 15 sept soon! yeah!

tomoro i am going to malaysia till friday, wish my family a safe journey and safe trip.

i am totally very very very unhappy with this trip. i am very angry/sad/frustrated/irritated and unhappy.

and i actually typed a very very long post about why but blogger auto save draft didnt work for me just now and half of it was gone. and i so super felt like crying. forget it.

i rather stay at home then going. there is no point staying at somewhere i dun like. it is not about saving money! this is a holiday trip! not enough money then dun go!!! and all the promises made were all bullshits. parents lying to their kids.

and i even asked my sister to come along. this is wasting everbodys' time.

dun critisise me with ns, thinking that i am a spoiled kid. this is different, supposed to be holiday trip not visiting trip. i rather not go and stay at home.

i hate it! i hope i will be safe throughout because i dun wan my life to end this way if anything happens, and thats CHOI!

got pay, birthday month, shopping time:) of course as usual most of my money goes to my piano teacher :(.. anyway went to body shop to get my 20 percent off!!! well, $130+ became $90+ :D theres offer for members also, so i topped up a bit and got free gifts worth $40 plus!!! :DDD i love body shop!

i went to get the tanning lotions, the other two are for topping up:)

and to fully make use my 20 percent, i helped kellyn to buy some things too!

Happy Birthday Singapore！今天是国庆日，我，姐姐，妈妈一起去了bugis。早上，erm.. 也不是很早啦，就起床，准备好了就出门。我们先到jurong point吃午餐然后take train去bugis。买了一些东西，走了几圈，还有喝些hot chocomint，ice chocolate，coffee，然后就吃晚餐。今天我最幸福因为妈妈买裤子给我，姐姐请吃饭:) 谢谢！

好了！接下来是昨天。起床后就准备去sp找seklin，emily，wenshao。和seklin一起玩一些saxophone duet，还有借wenshao我的saxophone一下。当然！，seklin的tone还是好到不得了！还有wenshao非常好！！他才学一下就会玩我和seklin在duet的歌。还有他的tone也是非常好！！！真的！我输咯！过后wenshao去section outing，我，seklin，emily就去IMM找tiacwoo吃饭。then去tiacwoo家。我和emily就decided to用tiacwoo的webcam拍照:D

OK. next. 星期四，也就是前天。做完工后就去clarke quay？？？（how to spell？）找emily，seklin，tiacwoo，wenshao。他们介绍我一个我没有去过的地方吃东西。其实我非常非常喜欢这个地方！东西也很好吃啊！:)

ok i love such gatherings with them, the feeling is very nice, relax and peaceful to me. anyway! notice the big difference in my hair?? on thursday, it was horrible, then i tried something on friday and today the best among all the three days! hahah:) my hair is the crux!

我知道我的脸皮很厚的，去年我已经告诉flute section我要一个tuner/metro for我的birthday，也真的谢谢他们送了我一个。可是我用了几个星期后就坏了，完全不能用。因为percussion要借所以我借给他们。回来的时候就坏了:(。不过没有怪他们啦，是不小心的。

所以从那时候到现在我都在用我自己以前买的那个，有点坏的。so，这次我还是希望flute section送我一个tuner/metro:) 我知道我都不是officially year 3可是，如果我还在band我现在应该是year 3咯，我还有一年的礼物还没有拿leh！哈哈哈哈！好啦，开玩笑的啦！我只是希望而已哈哈:)

endless rain真的非常非常好听！orchestra的版本也是非常非常好听！这类型的歌让我觉得非常感动和放心。遇到再大的挫折，都好像能忘掉。

今天没有做工！哈哈！不过明天一整天咯。

comments on sp concert!: while, i love sp's culture for starting exactly on time. boos to concert latecomers! great efforts for running passages from folksong and marriage of figaro (my fav! mozart!!). best was machu pichu!!!! great ruslan & ludmilla by clarinets! AIYA but the syncopation not very audible from my seat, but still great:) (wah wenxiang saying good things about clarinet:P LOL) song en's solo was good:) flute section and that includes piccolo, you all sounded great to me:) (yes i am bias)

i like our woodwinds, looked very good when they ran those fast passages.

EH like i said before, praise more, critisise less.

my hears are not that lousy k.

bravos to sp band, can la, dun put the standard up so high, its quite a good show already:) i am sure MD will be fanstatic!

哈哈！我瘦了咯:) 这几个星期我都在游泳。我的游泳裤太大了，还好还可以穿，游的时候会很小心。下个月拿pay的时候一定要买！哈哈我要买三角形的:D 因为我现在穿的是四角形的，太阳晒到有个四角形的印，怪怪的。三角形的比较正常。

i just came back from pri sch syf closing ceremony. haha fanstatic! those primary students were dancing, so cute, so fun, so many cheerings and clappings, SO MUCH FUN la haha!

all the pri schools played 2 pieces, one sfy piece and one pop one, mostly.

there was a hong kong primary school band, played 7th night of july, FANSTATIC la. primary school you know....

and pei xin primary was even fanstatic!!!!!!! GREAT DANCE OMG OMG, break dance some more!!!!! and the conductor danced ALSO.!!!! i think they did POPPING!!?!!!??! WHOLE BAND!! u noe the dance step... i dunnoe how to spell, is it popping? or something... WOW!!!!! hahaha super nice!!!!! and ross roy sax solo was REAL FANSTATIC.

haha maha budhi also.. very good! the saxophonist soloist SO COOL, lovely vibrato and TONE WAS EXCELLENT!

ang mo kio's performance/dance was very cool as well! high school musical and got that cute girl singing, SUPER CUTE.

my primary school, xingnan was great also hahaha and others not mentioned, FANSTATIC TOO!

and WOW! most soloists vibrato one lo, almost all. primary school leh.. haha and some of their sound, tone, note value, phrasing, etc, really not bad. talking about primary school level.

GREAT! i totally enjoyed myself today:) very impressed by some soloists! and all the cheerings, screamings, dancings!!!!!!!!

hello everybody, if you dun noe, i am not only health conscious, i am very conscious about our environment as well. I TRY MY BEST LA.

so here i am going to make some promises to help save our mother earth.

i promise i am NOT going to learn driving anymore. no more thoughts of buying car. even hybrid car.

i promise to try my best to take public transport ONLY. unless my friends and i want to share a cab together. or during emergency, like rushing or night lates. i will try not to hire a cab.

i promise to make sure i switch off all power sockets when not in used. same goes to lights, fans and aircon.

i promise to switch on the aircon only when the weather is extremely warm and set it only at 25 degree C and above.

i promise i will use less tissue papers from now on, bathe quicker, turn off the tap when not needed, travel less, AND etc etc etc. things that help save the earth.

i know there are many other things not mentioned, i will try my best to carry them out too.

i noe some people might think that i am crazy, thinks that it is not possible for me to do those i promised and say things like "might as well dun this.... might as well dun that.. etc etc"... i think you should not think this way if you are. i think we should still try our best to do a part even if it is just a little bit.

even if you hate our public transport.

i think cars are one of the main problem, i think ar, think only, i am not sure of others. SO start thinking whether you REALLY need a car.

and aircon!! GUYS (males), i heard sleeping with aircon on is bad for us!!

infering from eight days magazine, if you drive, on aircon most of the time, travel by air sometimes, and some normal things that normal people do like buying new clothes, eat the normal food etc etc, on average, one person needs to plant 10 to 20 tress on average to off set the amount of carbon dioxide they caused.

so start going green!!! drive less, travel less, best is sell your car, use aircon only when needed etc etc! you CAN live without car IF YOU WANT.

you noe if you only need to go to work and come back from work. then please dun think of buying a car, OR please sell ur car now. LIKE: TEACHERS and PRINCIPALS (set some examples!), 9 to 5 office workers, factory workers etc etc.

yes yes yes i noe time is precious, but EVERYBODY NEED TIME TOO, u need i need, we all need time. but if we think that way, then nothing is to be done. do something! i am sure there is a way. most people are just finding excuses.

unless everybody stop giving birth, we need to think of our, your, future generationS.

so where is the action after saying so much???? (i have much more to say but i cannot because it is never ending)

the least everyone can do now is to HURRY GO CHECK any unused power sockets not off!!! lights, fans, charger, appliances on standby mode, etc etc! COMPUTERS! NOW NOW NOW!! action speaks louder!

and give up the thought of learning how to drive please, or buying a car.

save the money and buy some other things right:D like a grand piano:p hahah! (not very environment frenly also la but defintely better than buying a car) i am sure you have other better things to buy:)

ok finally, please dun come and tell me some people cannot live without a car etc etc, i will find millions of arguments to counter u back and i might argue with you and it may affect of frenship... aiya just read, if u dun like then just ignore k:)

YES i am that serious about this issue! if u dun like what i said, i dun mind la, i hope it doesnt affect our frenship or what. if u mind, then i cannot help it.

i cried today! rare.

well recently, i am playing maplestory, and i cannot type chinese because i am using the main computer, not my notebook. that explains the english.

and also my family subscribed to starhub cable recently, we are all crazy over the movies and tv programs!

SO why did i cry today? because morning, oops afternoon i mean, when i woke up, i on the tv and it was MTV haha! so i was singing along and taking down new titles AND I SAW THIS:

well it's from beyond, hai kuo tian kong. one of my very favourites. do watch it! the last part got a bit of a-ca-pe-la. very meaningful, enjoy!

it was in colour of course, but this black and white one also not bad... AND i watched it on my house's tv which is very big and the impact was real good, and the speakers etc..

haha it was so drama. i was alone, sitting on the sofa watching the tv then i started crying hahah! i didnt really cry la, just teared.

and i never believed one eye can tear alone (pardon my english cause i dunnoe how to describe), BUT one drop of tear dropped/teared from my right eye initially, YES YES like how SOME DRAMAS actors and actresses did! i could do it too!

just imagine the scene, i was laughing in my heart at myself hahah~!

well, there were one more about the earthquake one, they used the song "we are the world". i think because it was quite sad also.. i watched it first then i went to watch the one on top. thats why.

really sad la, jiayou!

and kellyn being only year 2 has to lead the section, not easy lo, dun say you failed, you NEVER k. you have been trying your best to make our section good and bonded! and you have kept strong when all of us were sad, and i noe u felt the most sad one:( but you tried your best to make us laugh and encourage us!!! you NEVER FAILED! and thks joseph for not giving us up and helping also! the 5 year 1s, cladys, danny, yeemin, song ern and kin wah, great job k! remember how we cannot even play anything out of that song at first??! haha so to me, its very good lo!! and that particular part that we rarely get it right but you guys nailed it perfectly just now! (to me la) i mean we noe how much TRYS (at least 100) we kept trying to get that part right. you guys did your best lo!
